Simple layouts on Kraft

Hi just wanted to share a couple layouts I did with printing my photos on Kraft card. This has been a style of scrapbooking that I've always admired so I was glad to finally have a go at it. My first layout is one of my fave photos from our annual family photo shoot with my dear friend Tiff Firth. I really love how the photo printed out in the Kraft card and I tried to use minimal embellishments just to highlight the photo. I used cocoa vanilla ranges free spirit & hello lovely for this page.
For the second layout I also used the cocoa vanilla range Hello Sunshine (I'm really loving cocoa vanilla at the moment if you can't tell!😜) The photo is another fave from my photo shoot last year.
Thanks for visiting 😊

My 2016 project life

Just sharing what I have done in my project life so far. The year is already going by so quick! I'm trying to keep things simple this year. Last year I did a memory planner for my project life instead of a full on albumn but this year I've gone back to the real deal. I must share that memory planner on here soon too! Anyhow first up is my title page. I love the freebie cards that were shared on the project life Australia group (bit addicted to that group...) I still need to do something about that 365 days card seeing as it's a leap year & all. Sorry my pics are not the best! The pink strip of paper is just there to cover my street address
Next up is week one. I put the extra days at the start of the year into my week one
Week two
Week three
Week four
Well that's all for now. I have used the confetti core kit for the month of January. Sorry again for the dodge photos. Hopefully by the end of the year I will have mastered taking pics of my pl spreads. Amy :)

My (small) scrap space

Welcome to my small yet functional scrap space. I used to have a whole room (it was the best) then for some unknown reason I decided to pop out another kid. So that was the death of my sanctuary! Now I have a tiny desk in my bedroom to scrap on. This usually results in scrap supplies ending up here there & everywhere!! I'm a very messy scrapper, even if I'm only making a birthday card at the last minute I still pull out thousands of supplies! My walk in robe has become my main storage space and luckily for my scrap stashes sake I don't hang a lot of clothes in there. I couldn't live without that cube bookcase and I'm stoked that it fit in there. I keep a lot of my supplies in tubs or folders for when I go on retreats or out to the local scrap shop for Thursday night scrapping. I love my raskog, it's a handy little thing! The little wooden drawer thing is the latest addition to my space. It's great for holding the 6x4 project life cards (which I have been hoarding lately) Hoping to keep up with my project life this year (so far so good) and get some proper scrapping done aswell. Thanks for visiting and I will share some actual scrapbooking soon :) Amy

Sassy scrapper July mood board

I thought the sassy scrapper mood board for july was really pretty so I had to play along of course!
I'm sure most people have a pic of their children with Santa like this one! This was Miss C's second visit with Santa. She managed to hold it together (barely) the first time but not the second time around! I just realised I have my date wrong! whoops! Guess I'll be fixing that up later ;)

D-lish scraps july inspiration board

This month I had a go at the D-lish scraps inspiration board. I really liked the colours and thought they were great for a boy layout so I had to scrap this pic of my son chillin' in the pool.

123 July challenge

Hi this is my take on the july challenge for the 123 challenge blog. The criteria for the challenge was The word kind, Fluro colours and ribbon
I finally had a play with my fluro mister hueys that I bought donkeys ago because I HAD to have them..... You know the story....  I also finally got to use a pineapple on a page! I'm not too keen on the whole pineapple craze but I think it's growing on me. Thanks for visiting :)

Kraft plus June challenge

Ok I left this one right to the last minute! The challenge for this month was animal print and circles (on a Kraft base of course) I had zero animal print so I used zebra pattern cut file from my silhouette cameo (where would I be without that!) and I managed to find one animal print heart in my Heidi stash. Apologies for the shoddy night time iPhone pic!
